Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using ClawMate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. ClawMate is operated by ClawMate ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ClawMate provides a platform for deploying and managing AI-powered personal assistants across messaging platforms including Telegram and WhatsApp. We deploy and host your assistant on cloud infrastructure (Fly.io, Railway).

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Free trial lasts 7 days with full access to all features.
• After the trial, the subscription is $29.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel anytime. Your assistant will remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.

4. Usage Limits

Each subscription includes 100 messages per month. Usage resets on the 1st of each month. Additional messages beyond the limit may be throttled or require a plan upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawMate to:

• Send spam, harass, or abuse others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or the terms of connected messaging platforms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Model Providers

Your assistant is powered by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini). We do not control the AI's responses. You are responsible for how you use the AI output. Each AI provider has its own usage policies that apply to your interactions.

7. Availability & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClawMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
