When you use ClawMate, we collect the following information:
- Email address — used for account identification, billing, and support communication.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Bot configuration — your assistant name, selected AI model, and connected channels.
2. Messages & Conversations
ClawMate does not store, read, or log your conversations with your assistant. Messages are sent directly between your device and the AI model provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). We act solely as a deployment platform — we do not intercept or retain message content.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your assistant deployment
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (welcome email, billing notifications)
- To provide customer support
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Fly.io & Railway — bot hosting infrastructure
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- AI Providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google (depending on your model choice)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, your bot is destroyed and deployment data is removed. Stripe retains billing records per their own data retention policy.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your account data through the dashboard
- Delete your account by canceling your subscription
- Request data export by contacting us
