Is there a free plan?
Yes! ClawMates offers a free tier with 200K tokens/month (~200 messages) using Gemini Flash. No credit card required — just sign up and deploy.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Power) include a full-featured 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and your bot keeps running until the end of the billing period.
Is the AI API included?
Yes. All plans include AI API access — no separate API keys or billing accounts needed. Pro and Power plans include Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o, and Gemini Flash.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Can I bring my own API key?
Yes — the Power plan supports Bring Your Own API Key for unlimited usage beyond the included token allocation.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 7-day free trial ends, your bot continues running on your chosen paid plan. You'll be charged the monthly rate. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing and your bot is deactivated cleanly.
Do you support my AI model?
Yes — ClawMates supports Claude Sonnet (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), and Gemini Flash (Google). All three are available on Pro and Power plans. Starter includes Gemini Flash. You can switch models anytime from your dashboard.
Is there a usage limit?
Each plan includes a monthly token allowance: Free (200K tokens), Starter (500K tokens), Pro (3M tokens), Power (10M tokens + BYOK option for unlimited usage). Tokens reset monthly. If you exceed your limit, your bot pauses until the next cycle or you upgrade.
What's included in Pro?
Pro ($29.99/month) includes 3M tokens/month, access to all AI models (Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini Flash), Telegram + WhatsApp support simultaneously, long-term memory, priority support, and automatic updates. It's the plan we recommend for most power users.
